1. Scope
These terms govern your use of entreprenudes.com and the games offered on it (the "Service"). Using the Service means you accept them; if you don't, please don't use it.
2. Entertainment only
The Service exists for entertainment. Every game is free. Signing up, playing and receiving perks cost nothing, and nothing on the Service is for sale.
3. Venture Coins
The Service uses a play-money currency called Venture Coins ("VC"). Venture Coins:
- are provided free (for example at sign-up, as a daily drop or as perks);
- carry no monetary value and are not money, e-money, crypto-assets or financial products;
- cannot be bought, sold, traded, transferred or gifted;
- cannot be cashed in or redeemed for money, goods, services, vouchers or any other real-world value;
- exist only in your browser and may be lost if you clear browser data, switch device or browser, or if the Service changes.
We may change balances, perks, odds and features at any time.
4. No deposits, withdrawals or cash prizes
The Service takes no deposits or payments of any kind and offers no withdrawals, cash-outs or cash prizes. Nothing earned or won on the Service — meter values, vault payouts, milestones, ranks or badges included — has real-world value. Results in our games don't reflect or predict outcomes in any real-money game.
5. Profiles
A name is all that's needed to sign up. Profiles are stored in your browser; we don't run server-side accounts and cannot recover a lost profile. Please choose a name that isn't offensive, misleading or someone else's identity.
6. Age
The Service is intended for people aged 18 and over.
7. Fair use
You agree not to:
- try to sell or obtain real-world value for Venture Coins, profiles or perks;
- disrupt, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its games;
- use bots, scripts or other automation to manipulate games or perks;
- copy, reverse-engineer or redistribute our games, artwork or brand without permission;
- use the Service for anything unlawful.
8. Ownership
The Service — including the five games, artwork, logos and text — belongs to Entreprenudes or its licensors. Other companies' names and trademarks on the Game Providers page belong to them and are shown only for identification; they don't imply any affiliation or endorsement.
9. Availability
The Service is provided "as is". We may modify, pause or end any part of it, including games and perks, at any time, and we don't promise it will always be available or error-free.
10. Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for lost virtual items, progress or data, or for indirect losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing here limits liability that the law says can't be limited.
